某地鐵上蓋工程結(jié)構(gòu)體系比選

(華東建筑設(shè)計(jì)研究院有限公司, 上海 200002)[摘要] 某地鐵上蓋結(jié)構(gòu),地下1層,地上7層,總建筑面積約11.1萬(wàn)m2,建筑高度43m。建筑平面呈圓環(huán)形,地鐵區(qū)間、車站和機(jī)房從其中心穿過(guò),地下室被地鐵線路一分為二。上部結(jié)構(gòu)的最大轉(zhuǎn)換跨度為117m。轉(zhuǎn)換區(qū)域存在的彎矩、扭矩與剪力使得結(jié)構(gòu)的受力特點(diǎn)極為復(fù)雜。本文主要介紹了兩種轉(zhuǎn)換方案的研究與對(duì)比。[關(guān)鍵詞] 地鐵上蓋; 環(huán)形建筑; 大跨度轉(zhuǎn)換; 框架支撐筒; 拱結(jié)構(gòu)中圖分類號(hào):TU318+.2 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A 文章編號(hào):1002-848X(2013)S1-0119-04作者簡(jiǎn)介:包聯(lián)進(jìn),高級(jí)工程師,一級(jí)注冊(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)工程師,Email:blj0068@ecadi.com。Study and comparison of structural system of the building over subway stationBao Lianjian, Huang Yongqiang, Gao Shuangxi, Zhou Jianlong, Jiang Xiaofeng(East China Architectural Design & Research Institute Co. , Ltd. , Shanghai 200002, China)abstract: The 43m-high commercial center in circle plan covers 111 000 m2, with seven stories and one story basement. The built subway line lies across the building which separates the basement into two parts . The upper stories over the subway station has to be transferred and the maximum transfer distance is about 117 meters. Considering the complicated force characteristics in the transition region under combined bending moment, torque and shear due to transfering , two structural system for this building has been studied and compared.Keywords: building over the subway, circle plan, large-span transfer structure, braced frame tube structure, arch structure
