[摘要]  開(kāi)封國(guó)際金融中心寫(xiě)字樓為36層的超高層建筑,結(jié)構(gòu)體系為鋼框架-鋼筋混凝土核心筒。主要屋面結(jié)構(gòu)總高度148.7m,核心筒高度157.1m,超過(guò)A級(jí)混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)最大適用高度限值(130m)18.7m,約14.4%,低于B級(jí)高度限值(180m)和混合結(jié)構(gòu)的最大使用高度限值 (160m)。采用SATWEMIDAS BUILDING軟件進(jìn)行了小震整體模型的彈性分析計(jì)算,驗(yàn)算復(fù)核了結(jié)構(gòu)在中震下的承載力,采用MIDAS BUILDING軟件進(jìn)行了大震動(dòng)力彈塑性時(shí)程分析。雙筒間樓蓋跨度達(dá)到了16.1m,采用MIDAS GEN軟件分析了雙筒之間大跨度樓板的舒適度。在大量分析計(jì)算的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了相應(yīng)的設(shè)計(jì)措施,使結(jié)構(gòu)實(shí)現(xiàn)了預(yù)定的抗震性能化設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo)。目前,工程已順利通過(guò)初步設(shè)計(jì)和施工圖審查。

Structure design on the office tower of Kaifeng international financial center

Abstract The office tower of Kaifeng international financial center is a 36-storey high-rise building, its structural system is steel frame-reinforced concrete core wall. The structural height of its main roof is 148.7m, and the height of core wall is 157.1m. The height is beyond the height limit of grade A (130m) concrete structure 18.7m, about 14.4%, but under grade B height limit (180m), and the height limit of mixed structure (160m). General elastic analysis under frequent earthquake are performed by SATWE and MIDAS BUILDING, the bearing capacity of the structure under fortified earthquake is checked, the elastic-plastic time-history analysis under rare earthquake is carried by MIDAS BUILDING. The floor span between two core walls is 16.1m, using the MIDAS GEN to analyze its comfort level. Based on the analysis, the corresponding structural measures are used to reach the target of performance-based seismic design. At present, the project has passed the preliminary design and construction drawing review.
