北京銀泰中心鋼筋混凝土轉換梁設計

[提要]北京銀泰中心B,C座塔樓為鋼筋混凝土筒中筒結構,在結構層1頂部設置了巨型轉換梁承托上部40層外框筒密柱。此轉換梁按深梁計算方法進行配筋設計,并內置型鋼以增強與柱的連接性能。為保證轉換層的施工質量,工程從降低混凝土水化熱、采用高標號自密實混凝土和延遲轉換梁拆模板時間等技術措施進行了控制。

Abstract:The buildings B and C in Beijing Yintai Center are tube and tube concrete structures. On the top of the first floor, gigantic transition beams are set for supporting dense columns in outer tube. The deep beam computing method is used for transition beams design and shape steel is set to improve the connection performance with columns. Some measures are adopted to ensure construction,such as decreasing to hydrate heat, using high grade and self-close-grained concrete and increasing maintaining time of cyclostyle.
