奧園時代大廈結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計分析

(中國建筑設(shè)計研究院, 北京 100044)[摘要] 結(jié)合奧園時代大廈項目的超限高層建筑結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計過程,總結(jié)雙核心筒,且兩次鋼結(jié)構(gòu)高位轉(zhuǎn)換結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計方法。采用基于性能目標(biāo)的抗震設(shè)計方法,討論了結(jié)構(gòu)不同部位的抗震等級。探討轉(zhuǎn)換結(jié)構(gòu)的側(cè)向剛度比值的模擬計算,通過大量補充計算分析,以確保結(jié)構(gòu)具有良好的抗震性能。[關(guān)鍵詞] 高層建筑;高位轉(zhuǎn)換;轉(zhuǎn)換桁架;性能化設(shè)計中圖分類號: TU318+.2 文獻標(biāo)識碼:A 文章編號:1002-848X(2013)S1-0080-05作者簡介:楊婷,學(xué)歷,職稱,Email:yangt@cadg.cn。Structural analysis and design of Aoyuan Times BuildingYang Ting,Liu Wei,Zhu Bingyin,Guo Tianhan,Sui Haiyan,Zhang Xiaoxu(China Architecture design & Research Group, Beijing 100044, Chian)Abstract: Base on the structure design process of Aoyuan Times Building, which is a tall building beyond code limits and has two shear wall core., summary the design method of structure with two high conversion truss.
