（深圳市建筑設(shè)計(jì)研究總院有限公司，深圳518000)[摘要] 介紹了虎門港企業(yè)總部大廈超限高層結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)。針對(duì)塔樓偏置、樓板不連續(xù)等超限不規(guī)則類型，采用了基于性能的抗震設(shè)計(jì)，在宏觀上把握結(jié)構(gòu)的薄弱部位，有針對(duì)性地采取加強(qiáng)措施。分析表明，結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)滿足規(guī)范對(duì)超限高層建筑的各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)要求，滿足設(shè)定的性能設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo)水準(zhǔn)。[關(guān)鍵詞] 塔樓偏置; 超限高層; 框架-核心筒; 抗震性能化設(shè)計(jì)中圖分類號(hào)：TU318 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼：A 文章編號(hào)：1002-848X(2013)S1-0070-05Structural design of out-of-codes high-rise building onCai Qingxiong（Shenzhen General Institute Of Architectural Design And Research Co.,Ltd.，Shenzhen 518000，China）Abstract：Structural design of out-of-codes high-rise building on Humen Port Enterprise Headquarters Building was described.
