湖北廣電傳媒基地項目辦公大樓結構初步設計

（華東建筑設計研究院有限公司，上海 200002）[摘要]湖北廣電傳媒基地項目辦公大樓位于湖北省武漢市，建筑高度為189.3m，為6度地區(qū)擬建的超高層建筑。采用混凝土框架-核心筒結構體系，立面呈現(xiàn)腰鼓形，十二層以上框架柱為向內(nèi)側傾斜的斜柱。通過兩種計算軟件，對整體和細部有針對的進行分析。滿足了結構的安全要求。[關鍵詞]超高層建筑;框架-核心筒;抗側剛度;地震作用中圖分類號：TU973 文獻標識碼：A 文章編號：1002-848X(2013)S1-0057-08作者簡介：陸屹，學士，工程師，Email：ly9001@ecadi.com。Preliminary design on the structure for the new office building of Hubei radio and TV stationLu Yi(East China Architectural Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd., Shanghai 200002, China)Abstract：The new office building of Hubei radio and TV station located at Wuhan with 189.3m, is a super high-rise structures in 6 degree- earthquake fortification zone. The frame-core wall structural system is adopted in the structural design. The facade presents drum. The frame column is cylindrical below the F12, which is the inclined column above the F12.
