(南京金宸建筑設(shè)計有限公司,南京210019)[摘要] 昆山金鷹高層酒店結(jié)構(gòu)總高度為220.8m,建筑地面以上49層,地面以下2層,結(jié)構(gòu)采用框架-核心筒混合結(jié)構(gòu)體系。在標高129.1m避難層處設(shè)置三道伸臂桁架及環(huán)帶桁架,在標高192.1m避難層處設(shè)置二道伸臂桁架。結(jié)構(gòu)存在部分薄弱層,在強烈地震作用下,結(jié)構(gòu)薄弱部位會產(chǎn)生較大的塑性變形,采用動力彈塑性分析手段找出結(jié)構(gòu)薄弱部位,對此部位采取加強或性能設(shè)計措施,確保關(guān)鍵構(gòu)件不破壞,層間彈塑性位移角能滿足規(guī)范要求。針對超限情況和結(jié)構(gòu)特點,對不同的抗側(cè)力構(gòu)件提出合理的抗震性能設(shè)計目標,滿足結(jié)構(gòu)體系安全可行。[關(guān)鍵詞] 超限高層建筑; 伸臂桁架; 動力彈塑性; 抗震性能設(shè)計中圖分類號:TU318 文獻標識碼:A 文章編號:1002-848X(2013)S1-0044-04Kunshan jinying high-rise hotel designSun Yinyu1, Zhang Weiyu1, Liu Xuan1(Nanjing Kingdom Architecture Design Co., Ltd., Nanjing 210019, China)Abstract: Kunshan Golden Eagle Upper Room Hotel structure with a total height of 220.8 meters, building 49 floors above ground, 2 layer below the surface, structure of the frame core-tube hybrid structure. There is some weak layer structure, in the strong earthquake, the weak parts of structure will produce larger plastic deformation, the elastic-plastic dynamic analysis method to find out the weak parts of structure, which take the place of strengthening or performance design measures, ensure the key component does not destroy, elastic-plastic story drift angle can meet the requirements of the code.
