北京銀泰中心鋼筋混凝土塔樓結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計

(中國電子工程設(shè)計院,北京100840)[提要]北京銀泰中心B,C座辦公寫字樓均為高186m的混凝土筒中筒結(jié)構(gòu)。地上42層,在結(jié)構(gòu)層2設(shè)置了轉(zhuǎn)換大梁。為減小轉(zhuǎn)換層剛度突變的影響,設(shè)計中調(diào)整了轉(zhuǎn)換層相鄰各層柱、外裙梁的截面,增加了轉(zhuǎn)換層以下內(nèi)核心筒墻體的厚度,并在樓梯間設(shè)置了補(bǔ)償剪力墻。轉(zhuǎn)換層相鄰各層柱還設(shè)置了型鋼和芯柱以改善結(jié)構(gòu)的抗震性能。針對外筒的剪力滯后,設(shè)計中盡量增大了外框筒裙梁的截面高度,并適當(dāng)調(diào)整了角柱截面。[關(guān)鍵詞]超限超高層;筒中筒結(jié)構(gòu);巨型轉(zhuǎn)換梁;結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計Structural Design of Reinforced Concrete Tower Building of Beijing Yintai Center/Han Hejun, Lü Zuochao, Lin Tao, Zhao Guangpeng, Li Peibin, Lou Yu(China Electronics Engineering Design Institute, Beijing 100840, China)Abstract:The office building B and C in Beijing Yintai Center are tube-tube structures with 186 total structural height. There are 42 floors and transfer beams are set in the second floor. For decreasing abrupt changes in transfer layer stiffness, sections of columns and beams border upon transfer layer are adjusted, thickness of inner tube is increased and shear wall is set in stair half. Shaped steel and stem are set in columns border upon transfer layer for improving structural aseismatic capacity.
