深圳騰訊濱海大廈設計若干關鍵要點

Its podium is suspended by the main towers. Because the heights of two towers are different, the whole building structure is an asymmetrical twin-tower connective structure. The structural systems of towers are Steel Reinforced Concrete Composite Frame-Reinforced Concrete Corewall Hybrid Structure. Steel truss systems are adopted in the connective parts and the cantilever podium. In this paper, design principle and major considerations of structural system selection are introduced first, and then design key points of the link steel trusses and the cantilever trusses of podium are presented.
