預(yù)應(yīng)力錨桿復(fù)合土釘墻在云南某基坑工程應(yīng)用中的改進(jìn)

(1 云南精誠更善拆除工程有限責(zé)任公司,昆明 650000;2 中國建筑科學(xué)研究院,北京 100013)[摘要]針對云南某基坑支護(hù)工程資金有限、工期短等特點(diǎn),對原基坑支護(hù)預(yù)應(yīng)力錨桿復(fù)合土釘墻進(jìn)行如下改進(jìn):對于預(yù)應(yīng)力錨桿復(fù)合土釘墻的腰梁,在滿足其受力要求的前提下,將傳統(tǒng)的梯形腰梁改為近似三角形腰梁,并利用混凝土護(hù)面將其覆蓋;對基坑的東側(cè)支護(hù),采用同一排中預(yù)應(yīng)力錨桿和土釘間隔布置的復(fù)合土釘墻技術(shù),從而在保證基坑支護(hù)體系質(zhì)量和安全的前提下,節(jié)約了工程造價、縮短了工期。并根據(jù)后期監(jiān)測結(jié)果,驗證了本基坑支護(hù)改進(jìn)優(yōu)化設(shè)計的有效性、可靠性和實用性,為類似基坑支護(hù)工程設(shè)計提供一定的參考。[關(guān)鍵詞]基坑支護(hù); 復(fù)合土釘墻; 腰梁; 預(yù)應(yīng)力錨桿; 土釘; 間隔布置中圖分類號:TU94+2 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼:A 文章編號:1002-848X(2013)24-0072-04Improvement of prestressed anchor and composite soil nailing wall in an foundation pit engineering in Yunnan provinceFeng Yanhui1, Wang Wugang2, Yang Yuan2(1 Yunnan Sincere More Good Demolition Engineering Co., Ltd., Kunming 650000, China; 2 China Academy of Building Research, Beijing 100013, China)Abstract: According to characteristics such as limited funding and time limit, etc, the original prestressed anchor composite soil nailing wall of a foundation pit in Yunnan province was improved. The shape of the waling of the prestressed anchor and composite nailing wall was changed from trapezoid into approximate triangle on the premise of meeting the requirements of the bearing force. Improved waling was covered by concrete after jet-anchor execution. Besides, at the east of the foundation pit, the technique of the alternative arrangement of prestressed anchor and soil nailing was introduced. Such adoption not only can promote the quality and safety of the pit, but also reduce the cost and shorten the construction period. Meanwhile, the monitoring results proved that the optimized and improved prestressed anchoring composite nailing wall were valid, reliable and available.
