改進的雙拱結(jié)構(gòu)體系在淮安體育中心體育場罩棚中的應(yīng)用

[摘要]從拱結(jié)構(gòu)的基本力學(xué)原理出發(fā),結(jié)合工程實踐中體育場罩棚在建筑功能上的需求,提出了一種新型的由雙拱支承的罩棚鋼結(jié)構(gòu)體系。在該結(jié)構(gòu)體系中,罩棚上方的實腹式單根鋼管拱和罩棚下方的空間三角形立體桁架式空腹鋼管拱組成了主要的豎向承重體系,而曲面罩棚則支承于上下拱間,并為其提供側(cè)向支撐。為了充分發(fā)揮雙拱在力學(xué)性能方面的各自優(yōu)勢,在設(shè)計時應(yīng)根據(jù)罩棚荷載的分布情況,通過找形和找力計算取得合理的拱軸位置。分析表明,合理的單拱拱軸形狀能大大提高其自身的承載能力。通過單拱與空腹鋼管拱的互補性組合,再加上纜風(fēng)拉索等側(cè)向穩(wěn)定系統(tǒng)對上拱的面外約束,使整個罩棚結(jié)構(gòu)形成了具有良好力學(xué)性能和經(jīng)濟性的結(jié)構(gòu)體系。結(jié)合該體系在淮安體育中心體育場大跨度罩棚結(jié)構(gòu)中的工程應(yīng)用,系統(tǒng)地闡述了雙拱結(jié)構(gòu)體系的靜力特征、動力特性和設(shè)計方法。實踐表明,該結(jié)構(gòu)體系具有良好的承載能力和經(jīng)濟性,能夠高效合理地跨越很大的跨度。

Application of improved double-arch structure in stadium canopy of Huai’an Sport Center

Abstract: Based on the basic mechanical principles of the arch structure and the practical architecture demands of canopy, a new double-arch-supported steel canopy structure was developed. The main structure consists of the single tube arch (upper arch above canopy) and the triangle truss arch (lower arch below canopy). The curved surface of canopy is suspended between the two arches and provides lateral support to the two arches. To take advantage of the mechanical properties of double-arch structure, the arch form should be obtained by the form-finding and force-finding analysis according to the canopy load distribution. Analysis results show that proper shape of upper arch greatly increases the bearing capacity. With the complementary effect of the two arches and the cables’ restraining effect on upper arch, the whole canopy structure has high mechanical performance and low material consumption. This double-arch structure system has been successfully applied in the construction of the large span stadium canopy in Huai’an Sport Center recently. Combined with the engineering practice, the mechanical properties and design method of the double-arch structure system were systematically and comprehensively demonstrated. It is proved in practice that double-arch structure has good bearing capucity and  can span a large distance efficiently and economically.
