濟(jì)南歷下金融中心結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計

(山東建大建筑規(guī)劃設(shè)計研究院, 濟(jì)南 250013)[摘要]濟(jì)南歷下金融中心為高層公共建筑綜合體,建筑高度158.4m,屬A級高度高層建筑,采用型鋼混凝土框架-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)雙重抗側(cè)力體系。介紹了結(jié)構(gòu)選型、結(jié)構(gòu)整體設(shè)計指標(biāo)等內(nèi)容,并對計算結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析;對結(jié)構(gòu)整體及構(gòu)件進(jìn)行了性能設(shè)計,其主要抗側(cè)力構(gòu)件滿足中震彈性目標(biāo);對結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了彈塑性時程分析,介紹了工程復(fù)雜部位的技術(shù)處理措施。[關(guān)鍵詞]型鋼混凝土框架-核心筒; 雙重抗側(cè)力體系; 性能設(shè)計中圖分類號:TU375 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼:A 文章編號:1002-848X(2013)24-0049-04Structural design of Jinan Lixia Financial CenterWang Zonghui, Fan Honggang(Shandong Jianzhu University Architecture & Urban Planning Design Institute, Jinan 250013, China)Abstract: Jinan Lixia Financial Center is a high-rise public building with the height of 158.4m. It is classified as level-A height high-rise building by code and adopts double lateral resistant system of steel reinforced concrete frame-corewall structure. Structural system selection and overall structure parameters were introduced followed by analysis of the calculation results. Performance-based design method was used in design of overall structure system and local components, and the main lateral resistant component is proved to satisfy the elastic requirements under medium earthquake.
