（中國(guó)建筑設(shè)計(jì)研究院， 北京 100044）［摘要］唐山中冶天元大廈是典型的復(fù)雜結(jié)構(gòu)，其整體分析結(jié)果中包含了多項(xiàng)超限指標(biāo)或接近超限的指標(biāo)，如扭轉(zhuǎn)不規(guī)則、偏心布置、凹凸不規(guī)則、樓板不連續(xù)、剛度突變、尺寸突變等。結(jié)合其結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)特點(diǎn)，著重介紹了工程的結(jié)構(gòu)選型及分析、地基基礎(chǔ)的設(shè)計(jì)、計(jì)算模型的處理以及采取的各項(xiàng)針對(duì)性技術(shù)措施等。通過(guò)采取這些措施以及對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)關(guān)鍵部位選取合適的性能化設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo)，保證了結(jié)構(gòu)安全。［關(guān)鍵詞］復(fù)雜結(jié)構(gòu); 結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì); 計(jì)算模型中圖分類號(hào)：TU375，TU973 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼：A 文章編號(hào)：1002-848X(2013)24-0043-06Structural design of Tangshan Zhongyetianyuan BuildingLiang Wei, Sun Yuanyuan, Jiao Hehao, Peng Yonghong, You Tianzhi(China Architecture Design & Research Group, Beijing 100044, China)Abstract: Tangshan Zhongyetianyuan Building is a typical complex structure, the analysis results include some items that exceed the limit or approach the limit, such as torsion irregularity, eccentric layout, re-entrant corners irregularity, diaphragm discontinuity, stiffness mutation, measure mutation, etc.. Combined with the structural design characteristic of building, the select and analysis of the structural type, the design of the foundation and the base, the management of the structural model and the technique measures were emphatically introduced.
