日照興業(yè)喜來登廣場超限高層雙塔結構設計

(青島騰遠設計事務所有限公司, 青島 266000)[摘要]日照興業(yè)喜來登廣場超限高層雙塔結構有地下2層,兩棟塔樓地上均為46層,結構高度為181.70m,采用框架-核心筒結構體系??紤]建筑功能,經(jīng)計算對比分析,裙房和兩塔樓之間不設縫。采用SATWE和MIDAS Building軟件進行了小震彈性計算,并比較了安評報告與抗震規(guī)范中不同的動力參數(shù)取值所對應的不同結果。結果表明:結構的周期比、層間位移角等均滿足規(guī)范要求。采用3條地震波對結構進行彈性動力時程分析,并對結構進行靜力彈塑性分析,計算所得結構抗倒塌曲線的層間需求位移角滿足規(guī)范限值要求。[關鍵詞]超高層雙塔建筑; 結構設計; 彈性動力時程分析; 靜力彈塑性分析中圖分類號:TU 973 文獻標識碼:A 文章編號:1002-848X(2013)24-0038-05Structural design of out-of-code super-tall twin-tower building on Xingye Sheraton Square in RizhaoHu Haitao, Wang Yang, Li Jianfeng, Sun Shaodong(Qingdao Teng Yuan Design Institute Co., Ltd., Qingdao 266000, China)Abstract: The out-of-code super-tall twin-tower building on Xingye Sheraton Square in Rizhao comprises two levels of basement and 46 stories above ground with height of 181.70m. The structure adopts frame-corewall system without seismic joints between two towers and the podium according to the architectural requirements. SATWE and MIDAS Building were used to carry out elastic-analysis under frequent earthquake and different results were compared of different dynamic parameters in the safety evaluation report and the codes. Results show that the period ratio and inter-story drift ratios can satisfy the requirements of the codes. The elastic dynamic time-history analysis was carried out using three seismic waves.
