上海中心大廈幕墻支撐結(jié)構(gòu)基于可建造性的若干設(shè)計研究*

（同濟(jì)大學(xué)建筑設(shè)計研究院（集團(tuán)）有限公司, 上海 200092）［摘要］上海中心大廈外幕墻系統(tǒng)采用分區(qū)懸掛的柔性幕墻支撐結(jié)構(gòu)，由于主體結(jié)構(gòu)超高，幕墻支撐結(jié)構(gòu)遠(yuǎn)離主體結(jié)構(gòu)，尺度巨大，且采用懸掛系統(tǒng)，使其施工建造力學(xué)行為復(fù)雜。因此在設(shè)計階段針對幕墻結(jié)構(gòu)系統(tǒng)建造的可行性及施工力學(xué)行為進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)分析，對幕墻支撐結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化設(shè)計。對幕墻支撐結(jié)構(gòu)體系、節(jié)點構(gòu)造的優(yōu)化設(shè)計，以及施工過程對幕墻支撐結(jié)構(gòu)的結(jié)構(gòu)行為的影響進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)介紹。相關(guān)設(shè)計和分析方法可為類似工程提供參考和借鑒。［關(guān)鍵詞］上海中心大廈; 幕墻; 懸掛結(jié)構(gòu); 優(yōu)化設(shè)計; 施工模擬中圖分類號：TU318，TU973 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼：A 文章編號：1002-848X(2013)24-0018-05Design and study of curtain wall support structure of Shanghai Tower based on construction feasibilityHe Zhijun（Architectural Design & Research Institute of Tongji University (Group) Co., Ltd., Shanghai 200092, China）Abstract: A unique flexible suspend curtain wall support structure (CWSS) was ultimately developed to suit exterior curtain wall system of Shanghai Tower. Because of the large and varying distance from exterior curtain wall to main structural system, flexible hanging curtain wall support structure system and large scales, the construction mechanical behavior of CWSS was complicated. So in the preliminary design, feasibility of construction and structural behavior of CWSS in construction course were analyzed in detail. And adjustment and optimization were also carried out based on the results. Optimization design of details of joints and structural system and structural behavior of CWSS in construction course were introduced.
