上海中心大廈幕墻支撐結(jié)構(gòu)關(guān)鍵節(jié)點(diǎn)分析設(shè)計(jì)*

（同濟(jì)大學(xué)建筑設(shè)計(jì)研究院（集團(tuán)）有限公司, 上海 200092）［摘要］上海中心大廈采用了分區(qū)懸掛的幕墻支撐結(jié)構(gòu)體系，在各類荷載及非荷載效應(yīng)下，幕墻支撐結(jié)構(gòu)會(huì)相對(duì)主體結(jié)構(gòu)產(chǎn)生較大的相對(duì)位移，主體結(jié)構(gòu)的變形也會(huì)在幕墻支撐結(jié)構(gòu)內(nèi)部產(chǎn)生較大的次應(yīng)力，為保證幕墻支撐結(jié)構(gòu)正常使用，防止因支撐結(jié)構(gòu)失效造成玻璃破碎，在幕墻支撐結(jié)構(gòu)與主體結(jié)構(gòu)的連接位置創(chuàng)造性地設(shè)計(jì)了幾種特殊節(jié)點(diǎn)。對(duì)幕墻支撐結(jié)構(gòu)特殊節(jié)點(diǎn)的構(gòu)造及分析、設(shè)計(jì)情況進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的闡述，重點(diǎn)介紹了豎向伸縮節(jié)點(diǎn)及短支撐內(nèi)端節(jié)點(diǎn)兩類節(jié)點(diǎn)，同時(shí)對(duì)水平伸縮節(jié)點(diǎn)、交叉支撐內(nèi)端節(jié)點(diǎn)、限位約束節(jié)點(diǎn)等節(jié)點(diǎn)類型也給予簡(jiǎn)要說明。［關(guān)鍵詞］上海中心大廈; 幕墻; 支撐結(jié)構(gòu); 滑動(dòng)節(jié)點(diǎn); 節(jié)點(diǎn)分析設(shè)計(jì)中圖分類號(hào)：TU318，TU973 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼：A 文章編號(hào)：1002-848X(2013)24-0012-06Analysis and design of key connection of curtain wall support structure of Shanghai TowerHe Zhijun, Ding Jiemin, Li Jiupeng（Architectural Design & Research Institute of Tongji University (Group) Co., Ltd., Shanghai 200092, China）Abstract: A unique flexible suspend curtain wall support structure (CWSS) was developed to suit exterior curtain wall system of Shanghai Tower. Under various loads and effect，there are lots of relative displacement between main structure and curtain wall and larger additional stress is also produced in CWSS. In order to absorb the relative displacement between the curtain wall system and main structure and ensure safety and service and prevent glass breaking caused by failure of CWSS, a large number of special connections were designed to link the curtain wall and main structure. Several key issues of CWSS such as connection details and difficulties of design and analysis were introduced.
