上海中心大廈新型柔性懸掛式幕墻系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)*

(同濟(jì)大學(xué)建筑設(shè)計(jì)研究院(集團(tuán))有限公司, 上海 200092)[摘要]上海中心大廈的幕墻系統(tǒng)采用了獨(dú)特的雙層幕墻系統(tǒng),其中內(nèi)幕墻沿樓面邊緣呈圓柱式布置,外幕墻平面呈圓角三角形,且呈現(xiàn)扭轉(zhuǎn)收縮上升的幾何形態(tài),遠(yuǎn)離主體結(jié)構(gòu)懸掛在上下兩道加強(qiáng)層之間。由于外幕墻體量巨大、幾何形態(tài)不規(guī)則,且采用柔性的支撐結(jié)構(gòu)體系,給外幕墻的分析、設(shè)計(jì)、建造帶來許多前所未有的技術(shù)挑戰(zhàn)。對上海中心柔性懸掛式幕墻系統(tǒng)的建筑設(shè)計(jì)理念、幾何形態(tài)、幕墻的風(fēng)荷載研究、支撐結(jié)構(gòu)體系選型及幕墻節(jié)點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了介紹,可為類似工程提供有益的借鑒和參考。[關(guān)鍵詞]上海中心大廈; 幕墻; 懸掛式幕墻; 雙層幕墻; 幕墻支撐結(jié)構(gòu)中圖分類號:TU318,TU973 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼:A 文章編號:1002-848X(2013)24-0001-05Design of innovative flexible suspend curtain wall system of Shanghai TowerDing Jiemin, He Zhijun, Li Jiupeng(Architectural Design & Research Institute of Tongji University (Group) Co., Ltd., Shanghai 200092, China)Abstract: Shanghai Tower has a unique design with an inner and outer “double-skin” curtain wall system. An interior curtain wall layouts along the edge of the typical circular floor slabs. An outer exterior curtain wall is a triangular slightly convex shape in plan with rounded corners. The outer exterior curtain wall is suspend between the upper and lower two strengthened story, twists and tapers from bottom to top. Because its characteristics of large scales, complex geometry and using flexible support system, a number of challenge for the analysis, design and construction of exterior curtain wall was created.
