青島北站無(wú)柱雨棚預(yù)應(yīng)力鋼結(jié)構(gòu)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)

(1 中建安裝工程有限公司, 南京 210046; 2 北京市建筑設(shè)計(jì)研究院有限公司,北京 100045; 3 東南大學(xué)土木工程學(xué)院, 南京 210096)[摘要]青島北站無(wú)柱雨棚鋼結(jié)構(gòu)為平面管桁架及預(yù)應(yīng)力結(jié)構(gòu)組成的空間受力體系。在雨棚鋼管柱上布置落地鋼支撐及預(yù)應(yīng)力斜拉索,同時(shí)沿橫向主桁架兩側(cè)在桁架上下弦雙層布置水平鋼拉桿,以增強(qiáng)結(jié)構(gòu)的整體穩(wěn)定性。通過(guò)施工全過(guò)程模擬分析,確定預(yù)應(yīng)力施工順序、鋼拉索和鋼拉桿的無(wú)應(yīng)力制作長(zhǎng)度以及施工張拉力參數(shù)等。對(duì)施工過(guò)程中結(jié)構(gòu)的受力狀態(tài)進(jìn)行跟蹤監(jiān)測(cè),對(duì)比分析實(shí)測(cè)值和理論值,驗(yàn)證了有限元模擬分析在預(yù)應(yīng)力施工中的正確性。[關(guān)鍵詞]青島北站; 預(yù)應(yīng)力鋼結(jié)構(gòu); 平面管桁架; 鋼拉索; 鋼拉桿; 模擬分析; 施工技術(shù)中圖分類號(hào):TU394, TU745.2 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A 文章編號(hào):1002-848X(2013)23-0026-04Key technology of prestressed steel structure for nocolumn canopy of Qingdao North Railway StationJiao Fenghua1, Wang Tianrong1, Zhang Xiangyong2, Luo Bin3(1 China Construction Installation Engineering Co., Ltd., Nanjing 210046, China; 2 Beijing Institute of Architectural Design, Beijing 100045, China; 3 School of Civil Engineering, Southeast University, Nanjing 210096, China)Abstract: The steel structure for no-column canopy of Qingdao North Railway Station adopts spatial structural system of planar tube truss and prestressed structure. In order to increase the overall stability, the inclined prestressed cables and steel braces are placed on the steel tube column and steel tension rods are arranged on both layers of the main trusses horizontally. Through the simulation analysis of the whole construction process, the construction sequence was determined as well as the stressless production length of the cable and the steel tension rods, and the constructing parameters such as tensile forces were determined.
