高速鐵路載體樁復(fù)合地基加固機(jī)理的試驗(yàn)研究*

[摘要]由于載體樁首次應(yīng)用于高速鐵路正線段深厚松軟土地基加固,為了解其加固機(jī)理,開(kāi)展了現(xiàn)場(chǎng)試驗(yàn)研究。通過(guò)對(duì)重型動(dòng)力觸探檢測(cè)結(jié)果的對(duì)比分析發(fā)現(xiàn),經(jīng)載體樁加固后的樁端擴(kuò)大頭附近土體的擠密效果顯著,其中擴(kuò)大頭位置處土體的N63.5提高了1倍。通過(guò)對(duì)試驗(yàn)段沉降變形的長(zhǎng)期監(jiān)測(cè)得出:監(jiān)測(cè)結(jié)束時(shí),試驗(yàn)段工后沉降為8mm,滿足高速鐵路要求;由于載體樁樁長(zhǎng)短、樁體剛度大及樁端擴(kuò)大頭形成的端阻大,使得載體樁加固區(qū)的土體變形量較小,僅為8mm,不到總沉降量(100mm)的1/10。結(jié)合現(xiàn)場(chǎng)試驗(yàn),提出了載體樁復(fù)合地基在高速鐵路地基加固中的作用模型,為今后高速鐵路載體樁的設(shè)計(jì)、施工和監(jiān)測(cè)提供參考。

Experimental study of reinforcement mechanism of composite foundation using ram-compacted piles with bearing base in high-speed railway

Abstract: Because ram-compacted piles with bearing base(RPBB) are adopted in the reinforcement of deep soft soil foundation on main line of high-speed railway for the first time, in-situ experiments were conducted to understand the reinforcement mechanism of RPBB. The comparison study for heavy dynamic penetration test results of the reinforcement before and after using RPBB indicates that the compacting effects of the soil around expanded pile end of RPBB are obvious, and value of the N63.5, which is used to evaluate the compacting effects, doubles after using RPBB. The long-term monitoring of settlement and deformation of the test section show that the post-construction settlement is 8mm which satisfies the requirement of high\|speed railway construction. The deformation of the reinforcing area is only 8mm, and its less than 10% of the total settlement (100mm) due to the short pile and the large column rigidity and the increase of the base resistance of the expanded pile end. A model of RPBB in foundation reinforcement is put forward based on the in-situ experiment results, providing reference for the design, construction and monitoring of high-speed railway in the future.
