寧夏亙元萬豪大廈超限高層基礎(chǔ)優(yōu)化設(shè)計論述

(北京三磊建筑設(shè)計有限公司, 北京 100048)[摘要]超高層建筑基礎(chǔ)所占的工程造價相對較高,如何選擇合理的地基基礎(chǔ)方案顯得尤為重要,結(jié)合寧夏第一高樓亙元萬豪大廈地基基礎(chǔ)優(yōu)化設(shè)計,基于主樓的荷載特點,對基樁樁型、基樁樁徑、基樁樁長、基樁豎向承載力進行多方案比較,并以場外試樁結(jié)果和工程樁的檢測結(jié)果對理論計算進行校正,作出合理的基樁設(shè)計施工圖。[關(guān)鍵詞]地基基礎(chǔ); 后壓漿灌注樁; 樁徑; 樁長; 豎向承載力; 試樁中圖分類號:TU973+.35文獻標(biāo)識碼:A文章編號:1002-848X(2013)22-0068-05Foundation optimization design of the super tall building of Ningxia Genyuan Marriott BuildingCui Shimin(Sunlay Design Group, Beijing 100048, China)Abstract: The cost of foundations of super tall buildings is relatively high, which makes it important to choose a reasonable foundation scheme. According to the load characteristics of the main building in foundation optimization design of Genyuan Marriott Building (the tallest building in Ningxia), pile type, pile diameter, pile length and pile vertical bearing capacity of different schemes were compared.
