無錫茂業(yè)城主塔樓兩種結構體系技術經濟比較

(1 深圳市政府投資項目評審中心， 深圳 518000； 2 深圳機械院建筑設計有限公司， 深圳 518027)［摘要］無錫茂業(yè)城主塔樓地下2層，地上69層，大屋面結構高度291.6m，建筑高度304.1m。分別采用鋼筋混凝土框架核心筒結構體系和混合框架-核心筒結構體系，對兩種結構體系進行技術經濟對比分析。對比結果顯示按市場價采用混合結構體系時結構工程造價增加351元/m2，僅占結構工程總造價的16.7%，但底層可增加有效使用面積21.0m2，占建筑面積的1.05%，且可以提高結構施工進度，減少5個月工期。綜合而言，采用混合結構體系方案具有一定優(yōu)勢。［關鍵詞］鋼筋混凝土框架-核心筒; 混合框架-核心筒; 鋼骨混凝土柱; 技術經濟對比中圖分類號：TU318，TU973文獻標識碼：A文章編號：1002-848X(2013)22-0053-03Technical and economic comparison of two structural systems of the maintower of Maoye City in WuxiLiu xiaochun1, Tang Zenghong2, Hu Ming2(1 Shenzhen Municipal Government Investment Projects Evaluation Center, Shenzhen 518000, China; 2 Shenzhen Mechinery Insiture Architectural Design Co., Ltd., Shenzhen 518027, China)Abstract: The main tower of Maoye City in Wuxi has two levels of basement and 69 stories above ground. The structural height is 291.6m and the building height is 304.1 m. Two structural systems of RC frame-core wall and hybrid frame-core wall are compared technically and economically. Results show that hybrid frame-core wall structural system costs more of 351 yuan/m2(accounting for only 16.7% of the total cost of the structure) and can increase effective use area of 21.0m2 on ground floor (accounting for 1.05% of the construction area). Moreover, the hybrid frame-core wall structural system can save construction duration of five months.
