(1 深圳機(jī)械院建筑設(shè)計有限公司, 深圳 518027; 2 深圳市政府投資項目評審中心, 深圳 518000)[摘要]無錫茂業(yè)城主塔樓地下2層,地上69層,大屋面結(jié)構(gòu)高度291.6m,建筑高度304.1m,采用型鋼混凝土柱-鋼梁-鋼筋混凝土內(nèi)筒結(jié)構(gòu)體系。設(shè)置三道加強(qiáng)層,伸臂桁架及腰桁架均采用鋼結(jié)構(gòu),結(jié)構(gòu)體系存在超高、加強(qiáng)層、局部樓板不連續(xù)等超限項。工程抗震采用性能化設(shè)計方法,根據(jù)超限情況,采取相應(yīng)的計算分析方法及構(gòu)造加強(qiáng)措施,既滿足了抗震安全性要求,又滿足建筑功能及結(jié)構(gòu)經(jīng)濟(jì)性的要求。[關(guān)鍵詞]超限高層建筑; 混合結(jié)構(gòu); 加強(qiáng)層; 鋼支撐; 性能化設(shè)計中圖分類號:TU318,TU973 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼:A 文章編號:1002-848X(2013)22-0049-04Structural design of out-of-code high-rise building of Maoye City in WuxiTang Zenghong1, Liu Xiaochun2, Hu Ming1, Mo Deming1, Li Ronghui1(1 Shenzhen Mechinery Insiture Architectural Design Co., Ltd., Shenzhen 518027, China; 2 Shenzhen Municipal Government Investment Projects Evaluation Center, Shenzhen 518000, China)Abstract: The main tower of Maoye City in Wuxi has two levels of basement and 69 stories above ground. The structural height is 291.6m and the building height is 304.1 m. Structural system of steel reinforced concrete column-steel beam-reinforced concrete core wall is adopted. Three strengthened stories are set while outriggers and belt truss is steel structure. Out-of-code items existing in structural system include ultra-high, strengthened layers and local floor discontinuity. Performance-based seismic design method was adopted and the corresponding calculating methods and structural strengthening measures were carried out according to out-of-code condition.
