鋼板混凝土組合墻體結(jié)構(gòu)平面外抗剪承載力試驗分析

[摘要]雙層鋼板-混凝土組合墻體結(jié)構(gòu)的主要受力體系為外側(cè)鋼板和內(nèi)部填充的混凝土,連接上下鋼板的對穿型鋼提供平面外抗剪承載力。針對鋼板-混凝土組合墻體結(jié)構(gòu)的平面外抗剪結(jié)構(gòu)性能,設(shè)計了5個剪跨比均為1.5的梁式試件,進行兩點簡支的單點、雙點單調(diào)加載試驗,研究抗剪槽鋼間距、抗剪鋼材分布形式及軸拉力3個因素對構(gòu)件抗剪承載力的影響。試驗中量測并記錄了構(gòu)件的撓度、拉區(qū)鋼板的應(yīng)變及混凝土表面裂縫隨荷載的發(fā)展情況,從而得到構(gòu)件的極限抗剪承載力。試驗結(jié)果表明,抗剪槽鋼配鋼率和分布形式直接影響了構(gòu)件的抗剪承載力和破壞形態(tài),而軸拉力沒有明顯削弱構(gòu)件的平面外抗剪承載力。最后將試驗實測抗剪承載力與3本規(guī)程、規(guī)范的計算值作了對比,給出了規(guī)程、規(guī)范對鋼板-混凝土組合墻體結(jié)構(gòu)抗剪承載力的低估程度。[關(guān)鍵詞]鋼板-混凝土組合墻體結(jié)構(gòu); 抗剪承載力; 試驗中圖分類號:TU398+.2 文獻標識碼:A 文章編號:1002-848X(2013)22-0015-07Experimental study on out-of-plane shear resistance of steel-concrete composite wall structuresLeng Yubing1, Song Xiaobing1, Ge Honghui2, Chu Meng2(1 Department of Civil Engineering, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Shanghai 200240, China; 2 Shanghai Nuclear Engineering Research and Design Institute, Shanghai 200240, China)Abstract: In steel-concrete composite walls structures, outside steel plate and core concrete sandwiched between two steel plates are main bearing force system, channel steel connectors are used as mechanical out-of-plane shear connectors. In view of out-of-plane shear structure performance of the steel-concrete composite wall structures, five simply supported composite beams with shear span ratio of 1.5 were carried to single point and double points monotonic loading test. Influence of three main factors, which include the distance and distribution of shear connectors and axial tension, on shear bearing capacity was studied. During the test, vertical deflection, steel plates strain and concrete cracks were measured, and then shear resistance was obtained. Experimental results show that the distance and distribution of shear connectors directly influence the shear performance failure mode of the structures,while axial tension does not reduce the shear capacity obviously.
