冷彎薄壁方鋼管梁柱新型節(jié)點有限元分析*

[摘要]從分散焊縫的角度出發(fā),提出一種新型冷彎薄壁鋼管結構梁柱焊接方式。在已有試驗基礎上,通過有限元分析,研究了該節(jié)點極限承載能力、耗能能力及節(jié)點域的應力分布狀態(tài)。結果表明:有限元結果與試驗結果比較吻合,平均誤差約為4.82%;軸壓比對該節(jié)點的極限承載能力影響較小,但對延性及耗能能力影響大;C形鋼梁下翼緣處于較高的三向復雜應力狀態(tài),在往復荷載作用下容易首先發(fā)生破壞,在設計時需引起注意;節(jié)點的破壞模式為C形鋼梁平面外鼓曲、C形鋼梁下翼緣焊接處開裂,節(jié)點域形成明顯的塑性區(qū)域,屬于延性破壞。

Finite element analysis of the new beam-column node with cold-formed thin-walled square steel tubes

Abstract: From the point of scattered weld, a new type of welding method for beam-column node with cold-formed thin-walled square steel tubes was put forward. Combined with existing experiments and finite element analysis, ultimate bearing capacity, energy dissipation capacity and stress distribution in the node-panels were investigated. Results show that finite element analysis results and experimental results are consistent with average error of about 4.82%. Axial compression ratio has little effect on the ultimate bearing capacity, while has great effect on ductility and energy dissipation capacity. Bottom flange of C-shaped steel beam is in higher triple complex stress state and is easy to fail firstly in the structure under the repeated loadings. The failure mode of node is drum bending of C-shaped steel beam out-of-plane and cracking of bottom flange of C-shaped steel beam, the node region forms obvious plastic areas and the failure of it belongs to the ductile fracture.
