C40早齡期鋼筋混凝土偏壓柱受力性能試驗(yàn)研究*

[摘要]為了研究C40早齡期鋼筋混凝土偏壓柱靜力性能,對(duì)5根不同齡期(13,728,90d)時(shí)C40鋼筋混凝土偏壓柱進(jìn)行了單調(diào)靜力加載試驗(yàn)。主要研究了不同齡期時(shí)C40鋼筋混凝土偏壓柱的承載能力、破壞形態(tài)、變形特性、鋼筋與混凝土共同工作性能。研究結(jié)果表明:混凝土早齡期(7d前)對(duì)試件的承載能力、破壞特征、變形特征、鋼筋與混凝土共同工作性能有不同影響,并與混凝土在各種性能指標(biāo)中的參與程度密切相關(guān);極限承載力隨齡期增長(zhǎng)呈非線(xiàn)性增長(zhǎng),前7d增長(zhǎng)較快,7d后增速變緩;對(duì)于破壞形態(tài)、變形特性,3d以前試件差異較大,3d以后試件與28d試件相似;鋼筋與混凝土共同工作性能在3d齡期前較差,3d齡期以后二者共同工作性能增強(qiáng),混凝土與鋼筋間粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度較大,變形能力趨于一致。

Abstract: In order to study the behavior of C40 reinforced concreteRCeccentric compressive columns of early-age, five C40 RC eccentric compressive columns in different age1,3,7,28,90dwere experimented under static load. The bearing capacities, failure characteristics, deformation features, co-working properties of rebar and concrete were obtained from the test under the consideration of curing-age. The test shows that the concrete in early age (7d ago) has different effects on the bearing capacities, failure characteristics, deformation features, co-working properties of rebar and concrete of the specimens, which closely relates with levels of concrete participation in a variety of performance indicators. Ultimate strength is nonlinear growth with age, the rate before 7d is much quicker than after 7d; the failure characteristics, deformation features are similar to the specimens of 28d. The co-working properties of rebar and concrete are poor before 3d, but after 3d the bond strength becomes greater and then the co-working properties of rebar and concrete are very good and deformations are consistent.
