鋼筋桁架混凝土疊合樓板試驗(yàn)及有限元分析

(1 西安建筑科技大學(xué), 西安 710055; 2 寶鋼建筑系統(tǒng)集成有限公司, 上海 200050)[摘要]通過對鋼筋桁架混凝土疊合樓板施工階段和正常使用階段受力性能的試驗(yàn)研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)板在施工階段的性能是否滿足規(guī)范要求由其短期剛度控制,而非由其承載力控制;預(yù)制層與疊合層之間的疊合面抗剪性能無需進(jìn)行驗(yàn)算。若預(yù)制板在施工階段的短期剛度滿足規(guī)范要求,則疊合板在使用階段的剛度和承載力均會有較高的安全儲備。在試驗(yàn)研究的基礎(chǔ)上,利用非線性軟件ANSYS對試驗(yàn)板進(jìn)行了建模分析,之后對影響預(yù)制板短期剛度的主要因素的數(shù)值分析表明:鋼筋桁架的高度、間距及上下弦桿的直徑對預(yù)制板短期剛度的影響比較明顯,腹桿直徑的變化對板受力幾乎沒有影響,設(shè)計(jì)中只需滿足構(gòu)造要求、保證上弦鋼筋受壓穩(wěn)定即可。[關(guān)鍵詞]鋼筋桁架; 疊合樓板; 短期剛度; 有限元分析中圖分類號:TU375.2 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼:A 文章編號:1002-848X(2013)21-0054-04Experimental research and finite element analysis of concrete composite floor slabs with steel bar trussesMa Lan1, Chen Xiangrong1, Jiang Lu2, Yu Zhiqiang2, Zhang Zhaoxiang2(1 Xi’an University of Architecture and Technology, Xi’an 710055, China; 2 Baosteel Construction System Integration Co., Ltd., Shanghai 200050, China)Abstract: Mechanical behaviors of concrete composite floor slabs with steel bar trusses under construction and use stage analyzed by the test. Result shows that whether the performance of floor slabs meet specification requirements controlled by short-term stiffness of precast slab, rather than bearing capacity. Shear strength checking of bond-interface of slab is unnecessary. If short-term stiffness of precast slabs meet specification requirements under construction, the stiffness and bearing capacity of composite slabs will have a lot of margin in serviceability stage. Furthermore, nonlinear finite element software ANSYS was applied on validation and parameters analysis which shows that truss’s spacing and height, diameters of top and bottom chords, has a significant influence on the short-term stiffness of the composite floor slabs under construction.
