梁翼緣圓弧擴大頭和圓孔削弱型內(nèi)隔板式箱形柱-H型鋼梁節(jié)點低周往復循環(huán)加載試驗*

(1 寧波大學建筑工程與環(huán)境學院, 寧波 315211; 2 浙江省二建鋼結構有限公司, 寧波 315207)[摘要]對1個常規(guī)內(nèi)隔板式箱形柱-H型鋼梁節(jié)點和3個梁翼緣圓弧擴大頭和圓孔削弱型內(nèi)隔板式箱形柱-H型鋼梁節(jié)點進行了低周往復循環(huán)加載試驗,試驗結果表明,常規(guī)節(jié)點在梁翼緣對接焊縫處脆性斷裂,節(jié)點塑性轉(zhuǎn)角達不到FEMA 要求的0.03rad。當柱內(nèi)隔板與柱壁板間焊縫質(zhì)量較好時,梁翼緣圓弧擴大頭和圓孔削弱型節(jié)點的塑性轉(zhuǎn)角可達0.03rad,承載力較常規(guī)節(jié)點提高約70%。圓弧擴大頭構造顯著降低了梁翼緣對接焊縫的應力集中程度,避免了對接焊縫脆斷,圓孔構造促使梁削弱截面形成塑性鉸。當內(nèi)隔板與柱壁板焊縫質(zhì)量較差時,箱形柱壁板間焊縫過早撕裂,導致內(nèi)隔板式箱形柱-H型鋼梁節(jié)點的延性和承載力明顯降低。[關鍵詞]箱形柱-H型鋼梁節(jié)點; 循環(huán)加載試驗; 擴大頭; 圓孔削弱; 塑性轉(zhuǎn)角; 承載力中圖分類號:TU391 文獻標識碼:A 文章編號:1002-848X(2013)21-0014-04Low-cycle reversed loading tests on inner diaphragm joints of H-style steel beam-square steel tubular column with circular enlarged juncture near butt weld and opening holes at beam flangesXie Guangjie1, Wang Wanzhen1, Zhao Yinhai2, Chen Feiyi1(1 Faculty of Architectural Civil Engineering and Environment, Ningbo University, Ningbo 315211, China; 2 Zhejiang Provincial Erjian Steel Structure Co., Ltd., Ningbo 315207, China)Abstract: Low-cycle reversed loading tests were performed on inner diaphragm joints of H-style steel beam-square steel tubular column, including one conventional joint and three joints with circular enlarged juncture near butt weld and opening holes at beam flanges. The test results show that, for the conventional joint, butt weld at beam flange appears brittle fracture and the plastic rotation can not meet with the requirement 0.03rad in the FEMA interim guidelines. For the joints with quality welding between stiffened ribs and column walls, the plastic rotation of joints with circular enlarged juncture near butt weld and opening holes at beam flanges achieves 0.03rad and the loading capacity increases by 70% compared with that of the conventional joint. The stress concentration at butt weld is remarkably mitigated by using circular enlarged juncture. A plastic hinge is formed at the reduced beam section due to the opening holes at beam flanges.
