某工程新型連接節(jié)點試驗研究及有限元分析

(1 清華大學(xué)土木工程系, 北京 100084; 2 總裝備部工程設(shè)計研究總院, 北京 100084)[摘要]針對傳統(tǒng)梁柱節(jié)點及混凝土剪力墻-鋼梁鉸接節(jié)點構(gòu)造復(fù)雜、施工難度大等缺點,并結(jié)合某工程實際情況,設(shè)計了新型梁柱混合節(jié)點及混凝土剪力墻-鋼梁鉸接節(jié)點,進行了縮尺構(gòu)件抗震性能試驗。試驗表明,兩種新型節(jié)點均發(fā)生梁端破壞,能達到強節(jié)點弱構(gòu)件的抗震要求。通過有限元分析進一步掌握其受力特性,并通過有限元變參數(shù)分析研究了梁柱節(jié)點承載力的影響因素,結(jié)果表明,對梁柱節(jié)點承載力影響最大的是內(nèi)隔板,其次為內(nèi)埋T柱;內(nèi)隔板相同的條件下,內(nèi)埋T柱埋深比T柱高度對承載力的影響更為明顯。[關(guān)鍵詞]梁柱節(jié)點; 混凝土墻-鋼梁節(jié)點; 試驗; 有限元分析中圖分類號:TU398+.3 文獻標識碼:A 文章編號:1002-848X(2013)21-0001-08Experimental study and finite element analysis on the new type connections of a projectNie Jianguo1, Zhu Dan1, Yin Xufeng2(1 College of Civil Engineering, Tsinghua University, Beijing 100084, China;2 Engineering Design and Research Institute of the General Armament Department, Beijing 100084, China)Abstract: The traditional column-beam and concrete wall-steel beam connections have the disadvantages of complex conformation, difficult construction and so on. Considering the disadvantages of the traditional connections, combining with an engineering example, new column-beam composite joint and concrete wall-steel beam hinge joint have been designed. Experimental study on seismic performance of scale components was conducted, which showed that failure on beam ends was occurred and strong connection-weak component seismic requirements were achieved. Finite element analysis was accomplished to further grasp the force characteristics of the new joints. Moreover, influence factors on the bearing capacity of the new column-beam composite joint were studied through finite element analysis. The results indicate that the greatest impact on the bearing capacity of column-beam joints is the inner baffle, secondly the embedded T column.
