太倉萬達(dá)廣場樁基設(shè)計控制

[摘要]太倉萬達(dá)廣場場地屬于長江三角洲沖積平原區(qū),水系發(fā)育,場地上部存在較厚的軟土。樁基設(shè)計考慮施工因素,為保證樁基質(zhì)量,采用鉆孔灌注樁。主要就如何控制鉆孔灌注樁的造價進(jìn)行了不同樁徑、樁端是否后注漿、抗拔樁裂縫控制不同取值、抗拔樁是否按實際反力分級配筋、抗拔樁是否分段配筋等對比分析,提出了盡量采用較小直徑的樁、抗壓樁采用樁端后注漿、位于無侵蝕性穩(wěn)定水位以下的抗拔樁裂縫控制取0.3mm、抗拔樁根據(jù)實際反力采用分級配筋、抗拔樁采用分段配筋等多種控制方法,可供同類型樁基設(shè)計參考。

Design on pile foundations of Wanda Plaza in Taicang

Abstract: The site of Wanda Plaza in Taicang, which belongs to the alluvial plain of the Yangtze river delta region, has development drainage and thick soft oil in upper parts. Drilled grouting pile was adopted considering construction factors and pile foundation quality. To control the cost, comparative analysis was carried out including different pile diameter, post grouting in pile bottom, different crack control value of uplift pile, hierarchical reinforcement of uplift pile according to the actual force, and segment reinforcement of uplift pile. A variety of design methods were introduced, such as adopting smaller diameter piles as well as post grouting in pile bottom. The control crack value of uplift pile can be 0.3mm below the steady water level with little erosion. Hierarchical reinforcement according to the actual force and segment reinforcement were adopted in uplift pile. Above methods provide reference for design of similar pile foundations.
