宿遷市蘇商大廈超限高層結構設計

(蘇州設計研究院股份有限公司, 蘇州 215021)[摘要]宿遷市蘇商大廈為不規(guī)則的超限高層建筑,位于8度區(qū)。針對高烈度區(qū)的特點,首先通過減震結構與原結構的對比分析確定主體結構的附加阻尼比;其次詳細介紹了主體結構的設計要點,包括結構體系、結構計算原則、主要計算結果及超限設計的抗震措施等;最后對照抗震性能目標要求,重點驗算了與阻尼墻相連的構件及斜撐等關鍵構件。計算結果表明:采用減震設計后,主體結構整體抗震性能較好,能滿足現(xiàn)行規(guī)范的要求,關鍵構件能滿足大震彈性的性能目標。[關鍵詞]超限高層; 高烈度區(qū); 不規(guī)則; 附加阻尼比; 減震結構; 抗震措施中圖分類號:TU375 文獻標識碼:A 文章編號:1002-848X(2013)20-0100-07Structural design of code-exceeding tall building of Sushang Building in SuqianYuan Xuefen, Dai Yaping, Zhang Min, Lian Haoliang, Zhu Yi(Suzhou Institute of Architectural Design Co., Ltd., Suzhou 215021, China)Abstract: Sushang Building in Suqian is an irregular code-exceeding tall building, located in 8 seismic-intensity region. According to the characteristics of high seismic-intensity region, firstly, a comparative analysis between the energy-dissipated structure and the original structure was performed to determine the additional damping ratio. Secondly, the key points of the main structure design were described, including the structural system, structure calculation principle, main results, measures of seismic design for code-exceeding structures, etc.. In the end, the key components connecting with the damping wall, the knee brace, etc. were all checked specifically to achieve the performance target.
