蘇州太平車輛段停車列檢庫上蓋物業(yè)開發(fā)復(fù)雜高層結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計

（蘇州設(shè)計研究院股份有限公司， 蘇州 215021）［摘要］介紹了在蘇州太平車輛段上部進行上蓋物業(yè)開發(fā)的復(fù)雜高層結(jié)構(gòu)的建筑特點、結(jié)構(gòu)特點及設(shè)計要點，包括超大層高差結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計、超限高層結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計及分析、基于ANSYS實體單元的箱式轉(zhuǎn)換結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計，以及考慮混凝土徐變和蓋上開發(fā)滯后可能性的沉降控制設(shè)計等。說明帶箱式轉(zhuǎn)換的巨型框支柱-剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)體系是適合上蓋開發(fā)的一種結(jié)構(gòu)體系。綜合考慮基礎(chǔ)沉降和上部結(jié)構(gòu)混凝土徐變隨時間推移的變化規(guī)律的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計可用于高層建筑大底盤不允許留設(shè)沉降后澆帶的情況。［關(guān)鍵詞］上蓋開發(fā); 超限; 超大層高差; 箱式轉(zhuǎn)換中圖分類號：TU318.2 文獻標識碼：A 文章編號：1002-848X(2013)20-0089-07Structural design of complex high-rise building above Suzhou Taiping depotZhao Hongkang, Zhang Min, Lu Chunhua, Xu Wenxi, Yang Yukun(Suzhou Institute of Architectural Design Co., Ltd., Suzhou 215021, China)Abstract: A complex high-rise structure of property development is built above Suzhou Taiping Depot which has long span. Architectural characteristics, structural characteristics and design methods were introduced, including design of structure with super story dispersion, design and analysis of out-of-code high-rise structure, transfer structure design based on ANSYS block elements, settlement control design considering property development delay and concrete creep, etc. It is illustrated that super pillar frame-shear wall structure system with box-type transfer layer is feasible to this kind of building.
