張家港雙子樓酒店式公寓塔樓結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計研究

(蘇州設(shè)計研究院股份有限公司, 蘇州 215021)[摘要]張家港雙子樓酒店式公寓塔樓建筑高度為303m,結(jié)構(gòu)采用型鋼混凝土框架+鋼筋混凝土核心筒+Y向伸臂桁架混合結(jié)構(gòu)體系,為超B級高度的超限高層。主要介紹了工程上部結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計,包括小震作用下的彈性分析,外框柱承擔的剪力調(diào)整,風(fēng)洞試驗結(jié)果與規(guī)范風(fēng)荷載取值的比較,“有限剛度”加強層設(shè)計等,最后對特殊的異形角柱、穿層柱設(shè)計進行了較為詳細的介紹。[關(guān)鍵詞]超高層建筑; 抗震性能目標; 彈性時程分析;“有限剛度”加強層; 異形柱中圖分類號:TU973.1+4,TU318 文獻標識碼:A 文章編號:1002-848X(2013)20-0076-08Structural design of serviced apartments twin towers in ZhangjiagangDai Yaping, Zhang Min, Wang Kaihua, Shen Yinliang, Ding Lei(Suzhou Institute of Architectural Design Co., Ltd., Suzhou 215021, China)Abstract: Serviced apartments twin towers in Zhangjiagang with height of 303m, which is an out-of-code high-rise building beyond B-level height, adopts hybrid structural system of SRC column frame, core wall and Y-directional outriggers. Seismic design of towers was introduced, including elastic analysis under the frequent earthquake, adjustment of shear forces of frame columns, comparison of wind tunnel test results and regulations of the code, “limited stiffness” method to design strengthened layers.
