(蘇州設(shè)計(jì)研究院股份有限公司, 蘇州 215021)[摘要]介紹了國(guó)家電器產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量監(jiān)督檢驗(yàn)中心環(huán)境氣候?qū)嶒?yàn)室混凝土筒體的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),對(duì)該類筒體結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)分析。在重力荷載和試驗(yàn)荷載作用下,球殼頂根部的環(huán)梁受到較大的拉力,為控制環(huán)梁裂縫,抵抗環(huán)向拉力,工程中環(huán)梁采用了部分預(yù)應(yīng)力技術(shù)。針對(duì)承受較大荷載的筒體上開(kāi)有大洞口的情況,進(jìn)行了應(yīng)力分析,并依據(jù)分析結(jié)果,對(duì)洞口角部進(jìn)行了加強(qiáng)。[關(guān)鍵詞]混凝土筒體; 預(yù)應(yīng)力環(huán)梁; 有限元分析中圖分類號(hào):TU378.8 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A 文章編號(hào):1002-848X(2013)20-0073-03Structural design of concrete cylinder of Environment and Climate LaboratoryChen Lei, Zhao Hongkang, Ding Lei(Suzhou Institute of Architectural Design Co., Ltd., Suzhou 215021, China)Abstract: Structural design of concrete cylinder of Environment and Climate Laboratory in National Electrical Products Quality Supervision and Inspection Center was introduced.Detailed analysis of design method of cylinder structure was provided.The gravity load and test load resulted in large tension forces in the ring beam of the shell. Partially prestressed technique is used in the ring beam to control the crack width and resist the circumferential tension forces.
