(蘇州設(shè)計研究院股份有限公司, 蘇州 215021)[摘要]蘇州工業(yè)園區(qū)公積金大廈超限高層的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計中,通過對結(jié)構(gòu)方案的合理布置,將兩個L形平面聯(lián)合在一起,使兩個以扭轉(zhuǎn)為主振型的結(jié)構(gòu)變?yōu)橐粋€以平動為主振型的整體結(jié)構(gòu),結(jié)構(gòu)的抗震性能得到了根本改善。大開洞樓板平面內(nèi)應(yīng)力分析結(jié)果顯示,樓板平面內(nèi)應(yīng)力水平可滿足設(shè)計要求。開洞雙連梁的等效方式和受力性能分析結(jié)果表明,雙連梁可有效地提高筒體的整體受力性能,兼顧了結(jié)構(gòu)對筒體的延性和剛度要求。[關(guān)鍵詞]超限高層; 體型收進; 開洞雙連梁中圖分類號:TU318 文獻標識碼:A 文章編號:1002-848X(2013)20-0069-04Structural design of out-of-code high-rise Provident Fund Building in SIPDeng Chunyan, Zhao Hongkang, Zhang Zhigang, Zhu Yi, Shen Zhenzhen, Liu Xiaochen(Suzhou Institute of Architectural Design Co., Ltd., Suzhou 215021, China)Abstract: In structural design of out-of-code high-rise Provident Fund Building in SIP, two L-formed structures are combined through rational structural layout, which transforms torsion modes of two structures into translation mode of one whole structure and improves seismic performance fundamentally. Planar stress analysis of slab with large holes indicates that the slab is safe.
