高層雙塔樓弱連體結(jié)構(gòu)分析與設(shè)計

(1 同濟(jì)大學(xué)土木工程學(xué)院, 上海 200092; 2 蘇州設(shè)計研究院股份有限公司, 蘇州 215021)[摘要]以蘇州致遠(yuǎn)國際商務(wù)大廈為工程背景,對復(fù)雜高層雙塔樓弱連體結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了整體靜力分析、彈性時程分析和靜力彈塑性分析,并對弱連體結(jié)構(gòu)本身及其支座進(jìn)行了分析與研究。研究結(jié)果表明,對于高層雙塔樓弱連體結(jié)構(gòu),當(dāng)連接體結(jié)構(gòu)與主體結(jié)構(gòu)采用滑動連接時,塔樓和連接體可以按單獨模型計算;滑動連接的支座滑移量應(yīng)滿足罕遇地震作用下的位移要求;連接體本身應(yīng)滿足舒適度的要求。[關(guān)鍵詞]復(fù)雜高層; 雙塔樓; 弱連體; 滑動支座中圖分類號:TU973.1+4,TU318 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼:A 文章編號:1002-848X(2013)20-0064-05Analysis and design of high-rise twin-tower building with weak connectionLian Haoliang1,2, Zhang Min2, Yuan Xuefen2, Hong Qing’er2(1 College of Civil Engineering, Tongji University, Shanghai 200092, China; 2 Suzhou Institute of Architectural Design Co., Ltd., Suzhou 215021, China)Abstract: Taking Suzhou Zhiyuan International Business Building as engineering background, static analysis, elastic time-history analysis and static elastic-plastic analysis of high-rise twin-tower building with weak connection were introduced. The weak connection itself and its bearing system were analyzed. Results show that when sliding connection is used between connecting structure and the main structure in high-rise twin-tower building, towers and connecting structure can be calculated by separate models. The slippage of sliding connection should meet displacement requirements under rare earthquake.
