蘇州科技大廈辦公主樓轉(zhuǎn)換鋼桁架結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計

（蘇州設(shè)計研究院股份有限公司， 蘇州 215021）［摘要］蘇州科技大廈辦公主樓采用了大跨度鋼桁架進(jìn)行上部結(jié)構(gòu)邊柱轉(zhuǎn)換。介紹了辦公主樓的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計特點及采取的相關(guān)措施；通過多程序計算分析，詳細(xì)分析了3~4層轉(zhuǎn)換鋼桁架斜桿形式及連接方式、構(gòu)件應(yīng)力比及其對周邊構(gòu)件和整體結(jié)構(gòu)的影響，優(yōu)化了轉(zhuǎn)換鋼桁架關(guān)鍵節(jié)點構(gòu)造，同時提出了采用混凝土灌芯處理來保證斜壓桿穩(wěn)定的設(shè)計理念；對整體結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了彈性時程分析及靜力彈塑性分析，分析結(jié)果表明，結(jié)構(gòu)滿足規(guī)范對復(fù)雜高層建筑結(jié)構(gòu)的要求，能夠確保結(jié)構(gòu)安全。［關(guān)鍵詞］轉(zhuǎn)換； 鋼桁架； 結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計； 施工模擬； 結(jié)構(gòu)變形中圖分類號：TU318，TU973.1+4 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼：A 文章編號：1002-848X(2013)20-0039-07Structural design of steel transfer truss in main office building of science building in SuzhouYuan Xuefen, Dai Yaping, Zhang Weimin, Lian Haoliang, Cao Lin（Suzhou Institute of Architectural Design Co., Ltd., Suzhou 215021, China）Abstract: Large-span steel truss structure was used for the transformation of upper side columns in the main office building of science building in Suzhou. The structural design features and the relevant measures, which were taken for the main office building, were described. Through multi-program calculation and analysis, detailed analysis of diagonal braces form, the connection method, the member stress ratio of steel transfer truss between floor three and floor four was done, and its effect to surrounding components and the overall structure was given. The key nodes of the steel transfer truss were optimized. The use of concrete filling the core of steel tube was adopted to ensure the stability of oblique strut design.
