(蘇州設(shè)計(jì)研究院股份有限公司, 蘇州 215021)[摘要]蘇州太湖科技產(chǎn)業(yè)園研發(fā)大樓為帶異形連接體的復(fù)雜高層建筑。介紹了工程的特點(diǎn)和結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)情況,重點(diǎn)介紹了連接體的選型、分析和支座構(gòu)造,對(duì)比分析連接體對(duì)主體建筑的影響;對(duì)部分重要和受力復(fù)雜構(gòu)件進(jìn)行性能化設(shè)計(jì)。為了實(shí)現(xiàn)通透大辦公空間,主樓采用了剪力墻偏置、東西兩端布置V形支撐的抗側(cè)力體系,具有良好的抗震性能。[關(guān)鍵詞]高層結(jié)構(gòu); 連體結(jié)構(gòu); 抗震性能目標(biāo); 帶支撐框架-剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu); 阻尼減震防脫落裝置中圖分類號(hào):TU398+.2,TU973.1+6 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A 文章編號(hào):1002-848X(2013)20-0035-04Structural design on R&D building of Suzhou Taihu Science and Technology Industrial ParkYe Yongyi, Tan Qian, Zhang Weimin, Bian Kejian(Suzhou Institute of Architectural Design Co., Ltd., Suzhou 215021, China)Abstract: R&D building of Suzhou Taihu Science and Technology Industrial Park is a complex high-rise building with abnormally shaped connecting structure. Project characteristics and structure design were introduced including structural system selection, structural analysis and details of support structure. Effects of connecting structure on the main building were compared. Performance-based design was carried out on some important and complicated components. To achieve transparent large office space in the main building, shear wall was partially set on the north.
