揚州體育公園體育場巨型拱結(jié)構(gòu)新型支座結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計

(蘇州設(shè)計研究院股份有限公司, 蘇州 215021)[摘要]介紹了揚州體育公園體育場大跨度預(yù)應(yīng)力桁架拱支座的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計,采用ANSYS軟件對拱腳支座在不同階段的受力性能進行了詳細分析,分析考慮了預(yù)應(yīng)力索張拉階段支座各部分之間的接觸滑移關(guān)系和正常使用階段埋入式拱腳混凝土的應(yīng)力應(yīng)變狀態(tài)。分析結(jié)果表明,該支座在各工作階段受力符合設(shè)計要求,安全可靠,有關(guān)結(jié)果可為相關(guān)工程設(shè)計提供參考。[關(guān)鍵詞]銷軸節(jié)點; 滑移; 有限元分析; 接觸; 埋入式拱腳中圖分類號:TU393 文獻標識碼:A 文章編號:1002-848X(2013)20-0030-05Design of new giant arch-base for stadium in Yangzhou Sports ParkZhao Hongkang, Ding Lei(Suzhou Institute of Architectural Design Co., Ltd., Suzhou 215021, China)Abstract: The structural design of the large-span prestressed truss arch base in Yangzhou Sports Park stadium was introduced. Considering the bearing contactslip relationship among various components during prestressed cable tensioning stage and the stress and strain state of embedded concrete arch foot during normal use stage,the mechanical properties of arch base pedestal at different stages were analyzed in detail by ANSYS. Analysis results show that the bearing forces meet the design requirements in each working stage, and it is safe and reliable.
