后壓漿灌注樁在黃土地區(qū)的工程應用

（中國建筑西北設計研究院，西安710003）［提要］在西安黃土地區(qū)應用鉆孔灌注樁后壓漿技術，可以有效地提高單樁承載力，減小沉降。西安大東門商住樓綜合大廈工程采用了后壓漿技術，在不增加樁身長度的條件下，滿足了柱、墻下設樁和承臺的方案，取得了較好的效果。對后壓漿施工前后的樁進行了系統(tǒng)檢測，驗證了其效果，為設計取得了直接資料。［關鍵詞］后壓漿；鉆孔灌注樁；壓漿量；灌注樁高壓注漿補強Application and Investigation of Post Casting Techniques for Bored Piles in Loess Area/Liu Yan(China Northwest Building Design Research Institute，Xi"an 710003,China)Abstract:The bearing capacity and settlement for the single pile can be improved efficiently using the post casting techniques for bored piles in loess area in Xi"an.The technique is adopted in a comercial residential engineering in Xi"an.The design of piles and pile caps under columns and walls is introduced and the effect is good.The supervision to piles before and after the post casting construction to verify the effect of the technique.Some results are got for the structural design.Keywords:post casting; bored piles; volume of pressure grouting; high pressure grouting strengthening
