采用預(yù)調(diào)內(nèi)力方法設(shè)計復(fù)雜空間鋼結(jié)構(gòu)

（蘇州設(shè)計研究院股份有限公司， 蘇州 215021）［摘要］預(yù)調(diào)內(nèi)力設(shè)計是在復(fù)雜空間鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計中針對不同建筑造型的特點，采取施加預(yù)應(yīng)力、部分桿件（桿件集合）后裝以及組合運用這兩種措施來調(diào)節(jié)空間鋼結(jié)構(gòu)桿件內(nèi)力的方法，使空間鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的內(nèi)力在桿件中分布得更加均勻、傳力更加合理，從而更好地實現(xiàn)建筑造型、使結(jié)構(gòu)更加安全，同時降低造價。介紹了預(yù)調(diào)內(nèi)力設(shè)計的思路、設(shè)計流程、實現(xiàn)措施、適用于預(yù)調(diào)內(nèi)力設(shè)計的分析方法以及對施工的要求。以揚州體育公園體育場西看臺罩篷為例，詳細介紹了組合運用施加預(yù)應(yīng)力和部分桿件（桿件集合）后裝的方法的設(shè)計過程和實施效果，實例說明預(yù)調(diào)內(nèi)力設(shè)計方法可以達到調(diào)整桿件內(nèi)力、增加結(jié)構(gòu)安全度、改善結(jié)構(gòu)性能等效果。［關(guān)鍵詞］空間鋼結(jié)構(gòu)； 預(yù)調(diào)； 內(nèi)力中圖分類號：TU318.2 文獻標識碼：A 文章編號：1002-848X(2013)20-0026-04Design of complex spatial steel structure based on presetting internal force methodZhao Hongkang(Suzhou Institute of Architectural Design Co., Ltd., Suzhou 215021, China)Abstract: Presetting internal force method for the complex spatial steel structure is achieved by applying prestressed forces and post-installation of members to adjust internal forces of members, which makes the internal forces well-distributed and reasonably transferred to achieve beautiful architecture facade, structure safety and less cost. Design concepts, design process, implementing measures, analysis methods and construction requirements of presetting internal force method were introduced. Taking west steel roof structure of Yangzhou Sports Park stadium for an example, the combination use of applying prestressed forces method and post-installation of members method were introduced including the design process and results comparison.
