［提要］在西安地區(qū)，建筑物的計算沉降和實測沉降往往有較大的差異，根據計算值，高層建筑和多層裙房的基礎之間必須設置沉降縫。通過對五個基礎形式不同的工程實例的實測沉降進行分析和整理，闡述了高層建筑帶多層裙房或僅帶1～2層地下室時基礎地下室連為整體不設沉降縫的可行性和可靠性，可為今后類似地基基礎設計提供借鑒。
