金如元,冷斌,賈鋒(江蘇省建筑設(shè)計研究院有限公司, 南京 210019)[摘要]鎮(zhèn)江蘇寧廣場主樓主體結(jié)構(gòu)高313.8m,采用鋼管混凝土柱+型鋼斜交網(wǎng)格+型鋼梁+鋼筋混凝土核心筒混合結(jié)構(gòu)體系,斜交網(wǎng)格不落地,為復(fù)雜超限高層建筑。介紹了結(jié)構(gòu)體系、斜交網(wǎng)格布置及其性能化目標(biāo),通過不同程序進(jìn)行了彈性、彈塑性時程分析,另外還介紹了施工模擬分析、樓板應(yīng)力分析、舒適度計算及節(jié)點分析等。[關(guān)鍵詞]超限高層; 斜交網(wǎng)格; 混合結(jié)構(gòu); 彈塑性時程分析; 施工模擬; 節(jié)點分析中圖分類號:TU973.3 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼:A 文章編號:1002-848X(2013)19-0064-05Structural design of Suning Plaza building in ZhenjiangJin Ruyuan, Leng Bin, Jia Feng(Jiangsu Provincial Architectural D & R Institute Ltd., Nanjing 210019, China)Abstract: The main building of Suning Plaza in Zhenjiang is an out-of-code tall building with 313.8m height and hybrid structure system of concrete filled steel tubular column, steel reinforced concrete (SRC) diagonal frame (not linked with ground) and reinforced concrete corewall. The structure system, arrangement of diagonal frames and seismic performance objectives of the structure were introduced. Elastic time-history analysis and elastic-plastic time-history analysis were carried out by different programs.
