自由曲面網(wǎng)格的劃分與優(yōu)化方法*

危大結(jié),舒贛平(東南大學(xué)土木工程學(xué)院, 南京 210096)[摘要]從自由曲面上離散數(shù)據(jù)點(diǎn)中提取相應(yīng)的點(diǎn)并擬合出若干條曲線,構(gòu)造NURBS曲面。以展開前后面積不變?yōu)榛緶?zhǔn)則,運(yùn)用幾何映射法,實(shí)現(xiàn)自由曲面的近似展開。為滿足自由曲面桿件長(zhǎng)度盡可能一致、分布盡量均勻、曲線盡量流暢的要求,編制基于網(wǎng)格大小基本一致的智能化平面網(wǎng)格劃分程序,最后利用空間映射原理將在平面內(nèi)布置好的網(wǎng)格映射回三維空間曲面,完成對(duì)自由曲面的網(wǎng)格劃分。數(shù)值試驗(yàn)表明,該方法具有操作簡(jiǎn)單、收斂速度快等優(yōu)點(diǎn),可以應(yīng)用于各種復(fù)雜曲面的網(wǎng)格劃分。[關(guān)鍵詞]自由曲面; 面積不變準(zhǔn)則; 網(wǎng)格優(yōu)化; 網(wǎng)格質(zhì)量中圖分類號(hào):TU311.41 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A 文章編號(hào):1002-848X(2013)19-0048-06Mesh generation and optimization method for free-form surface gridWei Dajie, Shu Ganping(School of Civil Engineering, Southeast University, Nanjing 210096, China)Abstract: The NURBS surface was created by a certain number of curves formed by scattered data. The free-form surface was flattened approximately based on the rules of the geometrical mapping and the invariable area. In order to have identical element length, well-distributed grids, and fluent lines for free-form surface, the intelligent plane surface grid design program was devised based on element length standard. At last, the grids were mapped back onto the 3-D surface from the plane surface and the distributed grids were obtained.
