某超高層建筑火災(zāi)后混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)檢測(cè)鑒定與修復(fù)加固

[摘要]大量興建具有復(fù)雜結(jié)構(gòu)的超高層建筑給結(jié)構(gòu)抗火設(shè)計(jì)和建筑防火管理帶來了新的挑戰(zhàn),火災(zāi)后該類建筑結(jié)構(gòu)的檢測(cè)、鑒定工作具有現(xiàn)實(shí)的檢驗(yàn)和指導(dǎo)意義。介紹了某超高層建筑火災(zāi)后相關(guān)混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)的檢測(cè)鑒定程序,通過對(duì)火災(zāi)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)進(jìn)行應(yīng)急排查、火災(zāi)溫度判斷、初步劃分過火樓層區(qū)域,進(jìn)行構(gòu)件檢測(cè)等工作,再根據(jù)構(gòu)件的損傷程度及特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行綜合鑒定評(píng)級(jí)。最后,對(duì)不同等級(jí)的受損構(gòu)件提出了相應(yīng)的修復(fù)加固措施。

Evaluation and repair of concrete structures for a burnt high-rise building

Abstract: Structural fire resistance design and fire prevention management face new challenges as more high-rise buildings with complex structure are constructed. The detection and inspection of these structures have realistic inspection and guilding significance after fire. The procedure for evaluating fire damage to concrete structures was discussed using a burnt high-rise building as an example. The procedure includes the emergency investigation of the fire site, the estimation of fire temperature, the initial division of floors and areas based on the visual damage, and the inspection of burnt structural members. The concrete structures were evaluated according to the degree of fire damage they received as well as their characteristics. Lastly, rehabilitation measures for concrete structures were proposed based on their fire damage grades.
