方鋼管混凝土粘結(jié)滑移性能試驗(yàn)研究

(1 西安建筑科技大學(xué)土木工程學(xué)院,710055;2 中國建筑西北設(shè)計(jì)研究院,西安710003)[提要]考慮構(gòu)件長細(xì)比、鋼管寬厚比兩個(gè)重要參數(shù),通過9根內(nèi)灌C60混凝土的F150方鋼管混凝土推出構(gòu)件的試驗(yàn),研究了方鋼管混凝土粘結(jié)滑移性能,包括軸壓力作用下荷載的傳遞機(jī)理、粘結(jié)滑移的分布規(guī)律,考察了方鋼管混凝土的粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度及其荷載滑移曲線的變化規(guī)律,探討了剪切連接件對(duì)構(gòu)件受力后期界面剪力傳遞的影響。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,隨構(gòu)件鋼管寬厚比的增大,粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度有降低的趨勢。剪切連接件的設(shè)置對(duì)構(gòu)件受力后期延性和承載力的提高有著顯著的效果。[關(guān)鍵詞]方鋼管混凝土;粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度;剪切連接;滑移Experimental Study on Bond-slip Behavior Between Steel and Concrete in Square Concrete Filled Steel Structures/Wu Jianbin1,Xue Jianyang1,Zhao Hongtie1,Tao Ximing2(1 College of Civil Engineering, Xi"an Univ. of Arch. & Tech., Xi"an 710055,China; 2 China Northwest Building Design Research Institute, Xi"an 710003, China)Abstract:According to the pushing out test of 9 specimens with 150mm square tube and high strength 59.7MPa concrete infilled under axial load, the main parameters of the width to thickness ratio and the slenderness ratio, the bond-slip behavior between the infilled concrete and the inner surface of the square steel tube in concrete filled square steel tube structures are investigated. The bond strength and the curves of load-slippage are analyzed and the performance of shear connector is discussed. The bond strength of square concrete filled steel tube decreases significantly with increase of width to thickness ratio.
