循環(huán)荷載作用下CFRP-混凝土粘結(jié)性能試驗(yàn)研究*

馬濤, 潘金龍, 魏紅靂(東南大學(xué)混凝土及預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)教育部重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室, 南京 210096)[摘要]設(shè)計(jì)了一組單剪試件,通過單剪試驗(yàn),對(duì)CFRP與混凝土在循環(huán)荷載作用下的粘結(jié)性能進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)研究,分析不同的參數(shù)(包括CFRP長度及厚度、混凝土強(qiáng)度、加載速率和幅值等)對(duì)其粘結(jié)界面疲勞性能的影響,并系統(tǒng)研究了CFRP在循環(huán)荷載作用下剝離破壞的機(jī)理。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,CFRP粘貼長度、厚度和混凝土強(qiáng)度等對(duì)CFRP與混凝土的粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度有較大影響;循環(huán)荷載的上限比例越高,這些參數(shù)對(duì)試件的疲勞性能影響越大,其中加載頻率對(duì)CFRP與混凝土粘結(jié)疲勞壽命有一定影響,循環(huán)荷載的加載頻率越高,試件壽命越低。[關(guān)鍵詞]混凝土; 纖維增強(qiáng)復(fù)合材料; 循環(huán)荷載; 單剪試驗(yàn); 粘結(jié)性能中圖分類號(hào):TU528.572 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A 文章編號(hào):1002-848X(2013)19-0015-04Experimental study of bond behavior between CFRP and concrete under cyclic loadingMa Tao, Pan Jinlong, Wei Hongli(Key Laboratory of C & PC Structures, Ministry of Education, Southeast University, Nanjing 210096, China)Abstract: A set of direct shear test specimens were designed to study the bond behavior between CFRP and concrete under cyclic loading. Different parameters, including length and thickness of CFRP plate, concrete strength and the rate and amplitude of loading were studied to investigate fatigue properties of bond behavior between CFRP and concrete. The mechanism of CFRP debonding from concrete under cyclic loading was systematically studied. Experimental results indicate that length and thickness of CFRP plate and concrete strength affect the fatigue properties. The large peak value of the cyclic loading increase the effect of parameters on the fatigue performance of the CFRP-to-concrete interface.
