故宮中和殿某中金檁加固分析*

[摘要]為探討古建筑木結(jié)構(gòu)的有效加固方法,以故宮中和殿某開(kāi)裂的中金檁為例,采用數(shù)值模擬手段,對(duì)其加固方案進(jìn)行了分析?;谠撝薪饳_開(kāi)裂現(xiàn)狀,提出了2種加固方案:輔梁法和附加斜撐法。采用有限元分析程序ANSYS,建立了上述2種加固方案的有限元模型,進(jìn)行了數(shù)值模擬分析,獲得了不同加固方案條件下中金檁體系的內(nèi)力和變形結(jié)果。結(jié)果表明:輔梁法雖然能改善中金檁的抗彎性能,但中金枋與輔梁相交位置很可能產(chǎn)生受拉破壞,因此該方案不可行;附加斜撐法滿足中金檁承重體系的內(nèi)力和變形要求,因而可滿足中金檁加固要求。

Strengthening analysis of a mid inner purlin in Zhonghe Palace in the Forbidden City

Abstract: To find effective strengthening methods for Chinese ancient wooden buildings, a ruptured mid inner purlin in Zhonghe Palace in the Forbidden City was taken as example to study its strengthening methods by simulation. Based on rupture actuality of the purlin,2 strengthening methods were proposed: additional beam method and additional oblique supports method. Finite element models of the purlin strengthened by the 2 methods were built by ANSYS program. Simulation analyses were carried out, internal forces as well as deformation status of the strengthened purlin were obtained, strengthening effects of the 2 methods were discussed. Results show that additional beam method can improve bending performance of the purlin, but it may be destroyed on intersectant position between its tiebeam and the additional beam because of tension strength failure; additional oblique supports method meets the demands of internal forces and deformation of the purlin, thus the method is feasible.
