PC鋼棒預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土屋面板受力性能試驗(yàn)研究*

方敏華(鄭州大學(xué)綜合設(shè)計(jì)研究院, 鄭州 450002)[摘要]PC鋼棒是一種用于預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土構(gòu)件的新型中強(qiáng)螺旋肋鋼絲,進(jìn)行了7塊采用PC鋼棒作為預(yù)應(yīng)力筋的1.5m×6.0m預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土屋面板受力性能的試驗(yàn),對其承載力、抗裂和變形性能進(jìn)行了分析,指出PC鋼棒預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土屋面板受力良好,破壞前有明顯預(yù)兆;受彎及受剪承載力、抗裂性和撓度等均可按現(xiàn)行規(guī)范的相關(guān)規(guī)定計(jì)算,均有較大的安全儲備。[關(guān)鍵詞]PC鋼棒; 預(yù)應(yīng)力屋面板; 承載力; 抗裂性能; 撓度中圖分類號:TU378,TU317+.1 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼:A 文章編號:1002-848X(2013)18-0074-04Experimental study on load bearing behavior of prestressed concrete roof-slabs using PC steel wiresFang Minhua(Zhengzhou University Multi-functional Design and Research Academy, Zhengzhou 450002, China)Abstract: PC steel wires are newly middle strength wires with helical rib that can be used in prestressed concrete members. Seven prestressed concrete roof-slabs of 1.5m×6.0m using PC steel wires under loading were tested. The bearing capacity, crack resistance and deflection behavior of the slabs under loading were analyzed. The results show that the prestressed concrete roof-slabs using PC steel wires have good behaviors under loading and can offer obvious warning before failure.
