壓彎荷載作用下鋼筋混凝土支撐溫度效應(yīng)分析*

潘華，褚偉洪，戴加?xùn)|（上海巖土工程勘察設(shè)計(jì)研究院有限公司， 上海 200002）［摘要］闡述了鋼筋混凝土支撐溫度內(nèi)應(yīng)力作用機(jī)理，以一處于壓彎荷載作用下的鋼筋混凝土支撐為試驗(yàn)對(duì)象，利用自動(dòng)化監(jiān)測(cè)技術(shù)采集其在加載過(guò)程中的軸力和溫度變化數(shù)據(jù)?；谠囼?yàn)數(shù)據(jù)，簡(jiǎn)單驗(yàn)證了彎曲荷載的作用效應(yīng)，考察了不同截面位置對(duì)溫度內(nèi)應(yīng)力的影響，初步確定了溫度內(nèi)應(yīng)力的修正方法。結(jié)果表明：實(shí)測(cè)值與理論值吻合得較好，說(shuō)明試驗(yàn)方法的可靠性與試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)的準(zhǔn)確性；溫差大的截面位置會(huì)產(chǎn)生較大的溫度內(nèi)應(yīng)力，截面上部溫度內(nèi)應(yīng)力最大、下部次之、中部最?。徊捎镁€性方法對(duì)支撐軸力進(jìn)行修正能取得一定的效果。［關(guān)鍵詞］自動(dòng)化監(jiān)測(cè); 溫度內(nèi)應(yīng)力; 壓彎荷載; 鋼筋混凝土支撐中圖分類號(hào)：TU375，TU119+.22 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼：A 文章編號(hào)：1002-848X(2013)18-0070-04Analysis of temperature effect in reinforced concrete struts under compact-bending loadPan Hua, Chu Weihong, Dai Jiadong(Shanghai Geotechnical Investigation & Design Institute Co., Ltd., Shanghai 200002, China )Abstract: Mechanism of temperature internal stress in reinforced concrete struts was introduced. A reinforced concrete strut under compact-bending load was experimented, while automatic monitoring technology was used to collect the data of axial force and temperature. Based on the experimental data, the effect of bending load was validated, the effect of section position on temperature internal stress was studied, and the preliminary correction method of temperature internal stress was provided.
