蘇豪銀座層間隔震結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)與地震響應(yīng)分析*

（1 南京工業(yè)大學(xué)土木工程學(xué)院， 南京 210009；2 南京市建筑設(shè)計(jì)研究院有限責(zé)任公司， 南京 210005）［摘要］針對(duì)蘇豪銀座大底盤雙塔樓這一特殊結(jié)構(gòu)形式進(jìn)行層間隔震設(shè)計(jì)與地震響應(yīng)分析。將隔震層設(shè)置于裙房與塔樓之間，提出了隔震層設(shè)計(jì)的基本控制指標(biāo)，并給出隔震層詳細(xì)的布置方案。建立大底盤雙塔樓結(jié)構(gòu)的有限元模型并進(jìn)行非線性時(shí)程分析。結(jié)果表明，在設(shè)防烈度地震下塔樓和裙房的地震剪力與層間位移大幅度減小，在罕遇地震下塔樓和裙房層間位移滿足規(guī)范要求。理論分析表明，大底盤雙塔樓層間隔震結(jié)構(gòu)隔震機(jī)理清晰且效果顯著，層間隔震技術(shù)應(yīng)用于大底盤雙塔樓結(jié)構(gòu)是可行的。［關(guān)鍵詞］大底盤雙塔樓; 層間隔震; 隔震層設(shè)計(jì); 非線性時(shí)程分析中圖分類號(hào)：TU352.1 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼：A 文章編號(hào)：1002-848X(2013)18-0058-06Mid-story isolation design and seismic analysis of Suhao Yinzuo buildingSun Zhen1, Liu Weiqing1, Wang Shuguang1, Du Dongsheng1, Zhang Zhengtao1, 2(1 College of Civil Engineering, Nanjing University of Technology, Nanjing 210009, China; 2 Nanjing Architectural Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd., Nanjing 210005, China)Abstract: Mid-story isolation design and seismic analysis are taken for Suhao Yinzuo building, which is composed of a large podium with two towers. The isolation story is located between the podium and two towers. The basic control indicators and the detail arrangement of the isolation story were proposed. The finite element model was established and nonlinear time-history analysis was taken. The results indicate that under precautionary intensity earthquake, the seismic responses of story displacements and story shears of the isolated structure decrease compared with those of the non-isolated structure. The story displacement of the podium and towers can meet the criteria under the rare earthquake. Theoretical analysis shows that the mid-story isolation of large podium with two towers has a clear isolation mechanism and significant isolation effects.
